Students are able to borrow a graphing calculator for an extended period of time beyond one school year beginning in Algebra. The goals of this borrowing program include:
- fostering efficiency in the distribution of graphing calculators to our students
- allowing for students to utilize the graphing calculator over the summer in preparing for upcoming courses and/or the ACT and SAT.
In order for students to obtain graphing calculators in a timely fashion, it is recommended that students submit completed agreements to their math teachers on the first day of school. (The POB CSD Graphing Calculator Borrowing Agreement is contained in the link below.)
