We are proud to welcome you to the Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EIB) Committee of the Plainview-Old Bethpage Central School District. Our mission is to cultivate a school community where every individual feels seen, heard, respected, and valued.

The EIB Committee is committed to promoting equitable practices, inclusive environments, and a strong sense of belonging for all students, staff, and families. Through ongoing dialogue, reflection, and action, we work to address systemic barriers, celebrate diversity, and ensure that all members of our school community have the opportunity to succeed and thrive.
