We are excited to announce that students in grades 5-8 will be using the HMH Dimensions Program as part of their science curriculum this year. This interactive and engaging program is designed to help students explore scientific concepts through hands-on activities, real-world applications, and digital tools.
We believe HMH Dimensions will enhance students' understanding and excitement for science, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need for success. If you have any questions or need further information, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

- Mr. Pekor, Mr. Hassard, and Mr. Filippi have been accepted into a workshop called:
- Pandemic Statistics for Students: correcting some misconceptions related to COVID-19 and vaccines
- This workshop is a collaboration between the National Museum of Mathematics, New York University and Brookhaven National Laboratory. It culminates in their presenting a lesson plan on May 26.

- Ms. Fitzpatrick -
- Global Exploration for Educators Organization trip to Earth Science trip to Iceland. This experience provides rich cultural experiences that will ultimately benefit the teacher and their students the following school year.

2024-2025 Regeneron Talent Search Winner
Congratulations to Chloe Lee on being named a Regeneron Semifinalist for her project, "Exploring the Effects of Cannabidiol-Medium Triglyceride Oil on Locomotion and Tap Withdrawal Response Using Caenorhabditis elegans as a Model for Alzheimer’s Disease."
Chloe Lee has demonstrated exceptional talent, innovation, and dedication in their research, earning this prestigious recognition. This achievement highlights her hard work and commitment to advancing scientific knowledge.
Regeneron is the country’s most prestigious science and math research competition, and Chloe is one of the 300 semifinalists from 2,500 applicants.
