    General Guidelines:

-) Over the course of the two days, students will be divided into sectional groups and rehearse in the four priority locations: Band Room, Orchestra Room, Chorus Room, and LGI. Those spaces will be able to accommodate the capacity of students during the rehearsals.

-) Transportation will not be provided.

-) 12ft Distancing will be in place for all rehearsals for wind instruments, and 6ft for Percussionists and Color Guard.

-) Students who are not in school that day will need to fill out the medical screener prior to coming to rehearsal.

-) In case of inclement weather, or the need for a cancellation of rehearsal, the band teacher will inform the band through Google Classroom and Remind, and a makeup date for rehearsal will be scheduled for a different day.

-) There will be sanitizing material available for all students and instruments.

-) Participation is part of the band program under the umbrella of a co-curricular activity, however, if a child is in band and remote learning, they will not be expected to participate in these rehearsals in person, but they will have the option to join in via Google Meet.

-) Students cannot remain at school in between the end of school and the beginning of rehearsals

-) Virtual Students will be able to synchronously play with the ensemble.
